Qualifications

• A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a go-getter mentality
• Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow up with leads daily using various contact methods
• Confident, motivational, and outgoing
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Excellent attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Experience: sales: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets, including membership sales and workout traffic, while maintaining high customer service levels
• Timely outreach to new leads
• Share knowledge of F45 training sessions and handle objections
• Convert leads into memberships
• Ensure studio sales goals are met
• Manage CRM system and new lead entries from social media, community events, and marketing campaigns
• Report on sales progress
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with members
• Generate new leads through members, community outreach, and social media
• Participate in events, festivals, and community gatherings
• Collaborate with the Head Trainer/Studio Manager for smooth operations
