GYMVMT Fitness Manager in Edmonton leads daily operations of the Personal Training Program, managing a team of trainers, driving sales, and ensuring client retention and a high-quality member experience. You will also provide personal training services during non-service hours to meet club revenue goals and uphold the brand standards across the facility.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, strong leadership, and a commitment to professional development and customer service

Competenze

• Current Personal Training Certification and at least five years of customer service experience.
• CPR Certification current within the last year.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment with KPI achievement.
• Strong leadership, professionalism, confidentiality and integrity.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Personal Training Program.
• Develop and monitor a team of Personal Trainers, setting goals for sales and client retention.
• Provide personal training services during non-service hours to meet revenue goals.
• Organize educational training, seminars and meetings for staff growth.
• Resolve member issues and complaints pertaining to personal training and other club areas.
• Ensure adherence to organizational procedures and policies.
