Qualifications

• Current Personal Training Certification plus five years of customer service experience.
• Current CPR Certification within the last year.
• Experience working in a sales-driven environment.
• Proven success in achieving monthly KPI’s and quotas.
• Ability to drive a high-performance sales team.
• Demonstrate leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the personal training program and team.
• Drive revenue by expanding personal training services and memberships.
• Organize weekly schedules and staff development activities.
• Recruit and train Personal Trainers based on club needs.
• Present PT program benefits to members and enroll clients.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue goals through proactive prospecting.
• Maintain client progress logs and conduct follow-ups.
• Ensure club standards, cleanliness, and safety are maintained.
