Job Summary:

The Host provides friendly customer and membership services, completes daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to standards, and delivers Fit4Less’s friendly, clean, and automated brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleans and tidies to standards, provides friendly interaction during tasks, contributes to a clean environment, and reports deficiencies.
2. Customer Service: Welcomes members warmly, assists with memberships and amenities, promotes black card memberships, and addresses concerns following procedures.
3. Membership Sales and Education: Sells memberships, educates members on automated and virtual options, and supports membership management.

Ideal Candidate:

• High School diploma or working toward it
• 1 year teamwork or volunteer experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A & AED certifications
• Effortful, calm under pressure, dedicated, and efficient with time
