Job Summary : We are looking for a Fit Technician - Pattern Maker who will collaborate with internal sales, production, and quality teams, as well as external clients, to build desired patterns of finished products optimally.

Responsibilities :

1. Work with production and cutting teams to develop samples for clients in a timely manner, respecting deadlines.
2. Create and interpret digital designs from technical drawings to ensure feasibility in cutting and product realization.
3. Use Accumark to create digital patterns that match sketches and grading of dimensions and shapes.
4. Follow precise product specifications, making modifications and alterations throughout production.
5. Optimize fabric usage to minimize waste.
6. Create certification labels for finished products.
7. Maintain notes and guidelines for each sample for the production team.
8. Develop technical datasheets with cover drawings and garment details based on customer requests or sales agent information.
9. Update datasheets with final production details.
10. Develop patterns and cut files for samples.
11. Prepare sample requests for cut documents.
12. Analyze fit tests of samples with quality control and sewing managers.
13. Create parts and cost cards with tissue consumption data.
14. Enter data on materials and bills.

Qualifications :

• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Desired education: AEC in Fashion Design or a technical program.
• Experience: 3-5 years of work experience.
• Role-specific experience: 1-2 years.
• Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
