Job summary

A fish farming company in Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands is seeking team members to assist in sustainably raising rainbow trout. Responsibilities include daily feeding and monitoring of fish, maintaining infrastructure, and assisting in the harvesting. Candidates should be capable of lifting over 55 lbs and able to work in inclement weather. On-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repetitively lift a minimum of 55 lbs.
• Ability to work in inclement weather conditions.
• Pleasure craft operator card considered an asset.
• Driver's license considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Daily feeding and feed monitoring.
• Monitor behavior and condition of fish.
• Daily removal of mortalities.
• Assist in harvesting fish.
• Maintain infrastructure; such as walkways and nets.

sustainably raised rainbow trout for families across Canada! Our farms are located in
the North Channel, just north-west of Little Current. On the job training is provided.
