Bruce Power in Tiverton, Ontario, is seeking a FLM Quality NDE to supervise Quality Technician II & III and coordinate on-line, outage and project NDE work. This TERM role may be up to 60 months and is located on-site at the nuclear generating site.

You will lead QA activities, ensure proper training and qualifications, review inspection reports, and liaise with engineering, maintenance and operations to meet safety and reliability goals.

Formación

• Experience 8 years in Quality Control/Surveillance, Pressure Boundary, or NDE Inspection.
• CGSB Radiography Level II or CSA W178.2 equivalent.
• Knowledge of ASME, ASNT and CSA standards for pressure boundary components.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the supervision of Quality Technician II & III and coordinate NDE work for on-line outages and projects.
• Maintain up-to-date QA documentation and ensure correct practices and plant reliability.
• Ensure staff qualifications and authorization for delegated tasks.
• Plan and oversee inspections, surveillance and reporting.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, operations and external contractors.
