**Responsibilities:**

  • Interpret OEM drawings to update customer’s Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC) for the Victoria Class Submarine.
  • Support development of Notification of Deviation/Defects (NDs).
  • Assist in developing and processing Statement of Quality Requirements (SOQR).
  • Review First Level data to support qualification processes.
  • Configure data change traffic during submarine work periods and support processing of data records.
  • Work within a team to ensure qualification data meets schedule and quality requirements, with potential travel to east or west coast activities.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and internal stakeholders to support program obligations.
  • Clean and correct existing configuration data and support its transition to modernized tools.
  • Support configuration management infrastructure for the Victoria Class Submarine program.

The ideal candidate brings:

  • 4+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • A Diploma or Certificate of Technology, or equivalent experience and training.
  • Registration as an Applied Science Technologist or Certified Engineering Technologist.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with DRMIS, IFS, SAP, or similar data-management systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of formal configuration management processes.
  • Experience with qualification and safety certification of parts and systems.
  • Eligibility for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance.
