This role is critical to keeping our team organized, our customers happy, and our dealership running smoothly. You’re not just answering phones—you’re setting the tone for everything that follows.
What You’ll Be Responsible For :
Create outstanding guest experiences – whether in person, over the phone, or online, you ensure everyone is warmly welcomed and supported.
Answer inbound calls as the first point of contact and direct guests with professionalism and positivity.
Manage all dealership keys – follow key management policies and perform regular audits to ensure security and accountability.
Post invoices and reconcile payments – work closely with the team to ensure accuracy in financial entries and vendor transactions.
Track guest traffic accurately using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, supporting performance and reporting.
Tackle administrative tasks – from organizing documents to managing gas purchase orders, you help the branch stay sharp and efficient.
Maintain a clean, professional environment – take pride in ensuring the branch always looks its best.
Pitch in wherever needed – support your team and manager with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
What We’re Looking For :
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Honest and reliable, with a strong sense of accountability
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs
Exceptional personality with a genuine desire to make people feel amazing
Previous office and / or customer-facing experience is a definite asset
