Position: First Cook - Private School Cafeteria

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the proper and timely preparation of meals, including food service and food safety.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining a clean kitchen and food storage areas at all times.
2. Preparing high-quality, nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch) according to client schedules, menu plans, and within budget guidelines.
3. Being flexible and responsive to client needs and food preferences.
4. Adhering to all Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Safe Food Handling/Health Unit regulations.
5. Following all relevant Dexterra and Campus policies and procedures.

Qualifications
