A leading company is seeking a First Cook for a busy cafeteria environment. The ideal candidate will have a Culinary Arts degree and at least one year of cooking experience. Key responsibilities include preparing various foods per established recipes and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires flexibility for travel and is integral to our customer service philosophy.
Exercises high degree of independent judgment in preparing a large volume of product in a complex, fast-paced production environment. Prepares conventional & convenience type foods following established procedures for patients, cafeteria & catering. Cooks food to order on the cafeteria grill; rethermalizes food for the cafeteria consumption; & performs other related functions.
