FIRMWARE ENGINEER
The Team
Data Center Post-silicon Firmware team.
The Role
We are a forward-thinking firmware-focused team dedicated to advancing Data Center Processing Units and Machine Intelligence Processing Units. Our team is passionate about power and performance management on GFX computing, Machine learning, covering a spectrum of responsibilities from hardware and firmware design emulation, design validation, issue debugging, to silicon enablement and production.
The successful candidate will take a leadership role in power and performance feature design and development. Responsibilities include collaboration with graphic hardware and firmware IP designers and architects, ownership of power and performance hardware and firmware features, development and delivery of comprehensive test plans, validation plans, enablement plans, and execution of silicon bring-up.
In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to prototyping innovative ideas and designs for the next generation of computing technologies. Throughout the ASIC life cycle, the right candidate will engage in activities up to RTL, DV simulation and Emulation, taking charge of on-silicon feature enablement and testing. Further responsibilities include maintaining and supporting the firmware repository and release.
