Our Grimsby, ON branch is currently looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team. As a Fire Alarm Service Representative, you will perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fire alarm, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting systems, and other life safety systems as required.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standards of system reliability and client satisfaction are met.
  • Perform verifications on fire alarm systems.
  • Complete work orders and report in a timely fashion.
  • Be on-call for emergency service calls and work.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and Troy.
  • Understand and adhere to applicable ULC, CSA, and Canadian Electrical codes and standards.
Qualifications
  • CFAA Certification is required.
  • Two years of community college in electronics or equivalent training/work experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in fire alarm systems (2+ years).
  • Proficient in computer use.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
