Job summary

SymphonyAI is seeking a Business Consultant to bridge clients, product teams, and technical consultants. You will gather requirements, shape solutions, and help deliver fraud control systems in financial services.

You will lead workshops, translate business needs into specs, and drive project goals from scoping to deployment while maintaining deep product expertise and supporting UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• First-hand experience with software product implementation, user interaction, and deployment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for business requirement documents and presentations.
• Track record of exceeding expectations for stakeholders and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build viable business cases and capture detailed client requirements for system integration projects.
• Demonstrate software and present risk and compliance models to clients.
• Prepare for and deliver workshops with clients' fraud, risk, compliance, investigation, and data teams.
• Develop models and verification methods for watch lists and fraud detection.
• Deploy enterprise solutions within client environments.
• Translate business specifications into clear language for technical and business audiences.
• Coordinate business analysis efforts across client technology initiatives.
• Identify opportunities within managed accounts and support client testing activities.
