A large new build housing specialist is seeking a Finisher/Labourer in Halifax, HX2 for a short-term contract on a quiet building site. Responsibilities include painting, decorating, and assisting trades while maintaining site cleanliness. Candidates must hold a valid CSCS card, have their own tools, and present previous experience. Qualifications

• Labouring and assisting trades on site
• Keeping site Clean and tidy
• Pre-Plasters and Fitting insulation
• Taping and patching
• Sealing and Caulking
• Customer Care Works

Requirements

• A Valid CSCS Card
• Own tools
• Previous Experience
• Checkable reference if not worked with Fawkes and Reece.
