Principal Accountabilities
  • Pulling, picking finished goods for orders as per daily shipping assignments
  • Following exact counts of required totes per order
  • Assembling, scanning, and assigning orders to a pallet ID, with one pallet ID per pallet and one product SKU per pallet
  • Ensuring tote count accuracy per shipping report
  • Transporting and stacking pallets using a forklift, and moving product onto trailers or into locations
  • Wrapping pallets with hand wrap for stability
  • Passing forklift training and demonstrating forklift skills
  • Using a hand jack for moving DSD orders
  • Following supervisor instructions and completing assigned tasks
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
  • Labeling totes/boxes accurately with proper products
  • Meeting customer specifications for processed products
  • Moving/lifting 10-20 kg totes/boxes
  • Adhering to safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Wearing personal protective equipment at all times
  • Reporting defective equipment and injuries immediately
  • Being aware of surroundings and safe work practices
Required Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Experience in physically demanding jobs
  • Comfort working with raw meat (Beef, Pork, Chicken)
  • Ability to work in cold environments (0-4°C) and stand for long hours
  • Availability for multiple shifts
  • Passing company medical and criminal background checks

  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to follow rules/regulations
  • Basic English and communication skills
  • Basic math and computer skills
