Job summary

Fedorowich Construction Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finish Grader Operator to support digging out, backfilling and grading for preparation of fine grade and asphalt. The operator will run the grader and other equipment under supervision to ensure safe, efficient site work.

Based in Canada, this full-time seasonal role runs 5-6 days per week outdoors. Experience with equipment is preferred; a valid Class 5 license is mandatory, and a G endorsement increases consideration.

The Finish Grader Operator operates the grader and other various equipment under the supervision of the Base Crew Supervisor, in order to assist with digging out, backfilling job sites and bringing them to grade in preparation for fine grade and asphalt.

• knowing, understanding and practicing safe operating practices & procedures
• operating grader to drag out unnecessary material or put in the material at job sites
• using a grader to level roads and ensure proper drainage

Experience operating equipment is preferred. If you are dependable, like a new challenge every day and working outdoors, we may have a place for you.

Our positions are full-time, 5-6 days per week and seasonal.
