Job Description

Joining us means you will be part of an extraordinary and exciting company! You’re a key team player collaborating closely with the restaurant team and our guests. You’ll learn our systems and procedures while working with your FOH and BOH Teams. You’ll bring a professional, enthusiastic work ethic each day and contribute to creating a rave-worthy guest experience!

The Day to Day:

• Welcome each guest warmly and with enthusiasm, making a great first impression
• Be aware of your surroundings and assist guests as needed
• Share your menu knowledge to make the best recommendations
• Maintain organization and use seat-specific ordering to ensure accurate food delivery
• Enter information accurately into the POS system for clear communication with BOH
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns
• Keep your work area clean and monitor section cleanliness
• Follow all food safety standards and systems
• Go above and beyond for special requests or celebrations, taking allergies and preferences seriously
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role
• High attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Maintain a professional sense of urgency and momentum
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; restaurant experience is an asset
• Full availability
