• Minimum 1 year cooking experience in a fine dining setting.

• Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes in a fine dining setting.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organization.
• Handle dietary requirements and menu changes; manage special requests.
• Assist in inventory control and record keeping; collaborate with team.
