Requirements

• Proficient in Commercial Real Estate Financial Underwriting - Minimum 3 years of experience
• Ability to read and create Commercial Real Estate Purchase Contracts
• Proficiency with computer software applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Experience with sales and rent comparable data compilation
• Working knowledge of Argus and Cash Flow Modeling
• Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately in time-sensitive situations
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, team members, and brokers
