Financial & Tax Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Financial & Tax Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and compliant tax reporting and distribution for a range of investment products including mutual funds, ETFs, and closed‑end funds.

What you will do

• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax distribution and allocation cycles for mutual funds, ETFs, and closed‑end funds.
• Review fund tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee mock and final distribution calculations for year‑end processes.
• Validate distribution rates against transfer agency systems, including year‑end tax factors and tax slips.
• Ensure internal policies and procedures align with current legislative requirements.
• Act as a resource to internal stakeholders to resolve tax‑related issues.
• Review Passive Foreign Investment Company (PFIC) reporting.
• Assist external providers with tax reclaim filing documentation and respond to related information requests.
