Job summary

CAE is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support and optimize Oracle financial systems across multiple regions. Your role will involve working with global finance colleagues and internal stakeholders to enhance financial processes using digital tools like Power BI and Microsoft Co-pilot.

With a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, candidates should have 3-4 years of related experience. Bilingualism in French and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle R12 and 11i.
• CPA or CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle financial systems implementation and optimization.

The Financial Systems Analyst supports Oracle financial systems (11i, R12, and Cloud) and plays a key role in the implementation, deployment, and ongoing optimization of financial systems and processes across multiple regions.

In This Role, You Will

• Partner in systems/operational processes for global finance colleagues for Oracle Cloud.
• Weekly meetings with one's manager to provide support for the resolution of problems or to discuss problematic issues.
• Ongoing weekly meetings with regions to provide support after implementation of integrated management software (Oracle Cloud).
• Discuss accounting and technical matters linked with the users of Oracle Cloud.
• Carry out timely audits to assess the utilization of Oracle Cloud systems.
• Work with CAE's internal stakeholders to enable data management for effective analysis and monitoring.
• Continuous improvement of routine processes linked with Oracle Cloud.
• Use digital tools and methodology to improve the operational efficiency of financial processes (Power BI, Sharepoint, Microsoft Co-pilot, DevOps).

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or CFA.

• Customer service-oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
