iA Financial Group is seeking a Financial Solutions Consultant in Canada to provide personalized advice to members of group retirement and savings plans, helping them build long-term financial well-being. The role requires explaining retirement options, promoting asset consolidation, and leveraging CRM data to identify opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in financial services, strong English and French skills, and a penchant for clear, client-friendly guidance across diverse client

Qualifications

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or any other relevant field.
  • Has at least two years of experience in financial advisory services, wealth management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
  • Is recognized for the ability to simplify complex financial concepts and make them accessible to a diverse client base.
  • Stands out for strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to build trust and manage a high volume of clients and interactions effectively.
  • Is known for autonomy, organizational skills, and a strong team spirit.
  • Has an advanced level of proficiency in English, as the role requires daily communication with internal stakeholders and English-speaking clients across Canada via email and phone.
  • Fluent in French both oral and written.

  • Leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data to track engagement and identify targeted opportunities.
