Job summary

Desjardins in Canada seeks a member/client sales and service professional to support account managers, finalize financing services, and prepare loan files for analysis. You will open member accounts, gather required documents, and ensure compliance with deadlines while guiding members in Desjardins products and services.

The role requires knowledge of French, familiarity with loan contracts, and strong data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Attestation of Collegial Studies (DEC) required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Ability to compile financial statements.
• Knowledge of loan and guarantee contracts.
• Knowledge of business products and caisse networks.
• Ability to enter financial data in systems.
• Understanding of the cooperative financial model.
• Familiarity with Desjardins processes and service standards.
• Demonstrates action orientation, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Time management skills; communication and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales support activities to finalize financing services.
• Prepare loan files for analysis and obtain required documents.
