Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Financial Services Representative Universal Banker in Canada to help clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll meet with clients, advise on personal and business needs, and leverage technology to deliver solutions across cash management, credit, and investments.

You’ll participate in outreach to grow networks, promote digital banking, and collaborate with teammates to ensure the best client experience. A banking background and licensing support success in this role.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
  • Mutual Funds License or equivalent accreditation is required.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities and provide a forward-looking financial plan.
  • Advise clients on solutions using knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investments and wealth protection.
  • Engage in marketing and outreach to grow the client base and strengthen community relationships.
  • Promote the use of mobile and online banking to deliver a great client experience and connect clients with the right teammates.
