Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Approve or reject applications, or recommend applications for approval or rejection. Assist clients by proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, investment and other financial goals. Complete credit and loan documentation. Forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action. Interview applicants for loans. Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to automated banking machine, telephone banking and online banking services. Prepare statements on delinquent accounts. Promote sale of credit and loan services. Research and evaluate loan applicant's financial status, references, credit and ability to repay loan. Review and update credit and loan files. Submit credit and loan applications to management. Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment and other banking services and attract corporate and individual customers. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Large caseload. Work under pressure. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
