Job summary

Desjardins in Sherbrooke, Estrie, is hiring for a full-time, on-site role in member and client sales and service. You will help members use existing applications and tools, welcome customers, and guide them to the right advisor or channel.

You will collaborate with personal finance advisors, support fraud cases, contribute to business development, and help maintain strong member relationships. Desjardins offers a competitive salary, annual bonus, generous vacation, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support members and clients by telling them existing applications and tools that can help them do transactions and operations on their own.
• Welcoming members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertains members' and customers' needs in order to direct them to individuals who can assist them or to alternative distribution channels.
• Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities.
• Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, and ensure that they are referred to the appropriate partners.
• Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors and improve the service offered to members.

The work mode arrangement for the position is full-time on site.
