Responsibilities
  • As an integral part of the operation, this position is responsible for the prompt and accurate administration of vehicle inventory transactions and sales.
  • Manage vehicle contracts
  • Process finance / lease / cash deals through financial sources for approval
  • Ensure all deals are funded promptly
  • Ensure all units (New / Used / Demo) are registered to the Dealer guidelines
  • Process all paperwork related to vehicle transactions
  • Understand how to review credit applications
  • Schedule deliveries and send work orders to prepare vehicle for customer pick up
  • Create / document procedures & best practices for Sales Reception & Sales Coordinator
About you

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in administration including:

  • 1 to 2 years proven experience in administration
  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems (i.e. CDK / Reynolds) is an asset
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • A desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
