**Required**

As a client financial services agent, you work closely with advisors and provide personalized support to members and clients. You help advisors deliver services and maintain business relationships. You have the latitude to take charge of members' and clients' immediate needs by offering simple and rapid solutions in investment, financing, and protection, aligned with the action plan. You use your interpersonal and communication skills to ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality according to organizational standards. You also support business development, assist members and clients with excellent customer service, and tailor your approach to their needs.

**More specifically, you will be required to:**

1. Handle client requests, perform tasks and research as needed, and recommend appropriate solutions.
2. Help colleagues manage their agenda and emails.
3. Be attentive to members' and clients' needs and recommend suitable solutions.
4. Assist members and clients in choosing and optimizing their tools and channels based on their independence and automation preferences.
5. Seize business opportunities and participate in sales development initiatives.
