Job summary

Desjardins in Montreal seeks a client financial services agent to support advisors in service delivery and maintain business relationships by offering simple and fast solutions for investments, financing, and protection aligned with established strategies.

You will handle member requests, assist with agenda and email management, help clients use tools and channels to promote self-service, and participate in sales development through various initiatives.

Qualifications

• Attestation of Collegial Studies required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers required.
• Knowledge of French is required.
