Job summary

Desjardins Group in Montreal is seeking a client financial services agent to support advisors and service delivery, handling requests and promoting self-service tools. Candidates should have Attestation of Collegial Studies, 3+ years experience, AMF mutual fund representative certificate, and French proficiency; hybrid work option available.

Several opportunities are currently available in the Montreal area As a client financial services agent, you support advisors in service delivery and the maintenance of business relationships by offering simple and fast solutions for investments, financing, and protection, all aligned with established strategies. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Handle requests from members and clients by taking the necessary steps and conducting the required research.
• Help with agenda and email management.
• Support members and clients with the selection and optimal use of various tools and alternate channels to promote self-service and automation.
• Seize business opportunities, and participate in sales development through various initiatives.
