Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our Personal and Business Banking team in Victoria. You will engage with clients, understand their goals, and tailor financial solutions—ranging from cash management to investments—to help them achieve success.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced banking centre, working on-site full-time with possible evenings and weekends and travel between centres within a reasonable distance. Prior banking experience is a merit.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results
• Current accreditation and Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced banking centre with flexibility for evenings/weekends
• Comfort with using mobile banking apps and digital tools

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities and advise on solutions
• Build and grow relationships, network, and connect clients to the right specialists
• Promote and educate clients on cash management, credit, investments and wealth protection
