As a Financial Service Representative, your responsibilities include generating sales and managing overdue accounts by engaging directly with customers, helping them build credit through monthly payments.

What you will do:

• Build excellent customer sales experiences through in-person, phone, and email engagement
• Show compassion and empathy, understanding customer needs and matching them to suitable financial products
• Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals by building their credit
• Leverage cross-sales and add-on product opportunities
• Clearly communicate the terms and conditions of financial products
• Review and evaluate loan applications through financial analysis and risk assessments
• Manage collections activities for overdue accounts
• Gather all necessary information for customer applications with attention to detail

Who you are:

• An excellent communicator, results-oriented, and customer-focused
• Compassionate with integrity, caring deeply for customers
• Some experience in a customer-facing role
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit)
