National Bank in Saint-Lambert seeks a Financial Services Representative in Investments to support Financial Planners with administrative investment activities and client service. You will help optimize investment transactions, identify opportunities, and refer clients to specialists.

You will work with a collaborative team, benefit from training and hands-on learning, and report to the Financial Planner Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Prerequisites include a high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience or a college diploma with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license or ability to obtain within 3 months of hiring.
• Experience in customer service and interest in business development.
• Basic investment knowledge.
• Experience in administrative support and processing investment, financing and transaction products.
• Proficient with IT tools and able to navigate digital tools.
• Ability to rigorously manage several requests simultaneously.
