Job summary

goeasy’s easyfinancial division seeks a Financial Service Representative to welcome customers in person, over the phone, and by email while recommending suitable financial products. You will educate clients on credit, help meet financial goals, and manage cross-sell opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of a Financial Service Representative

• Build strong relationshipby welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstratecompassionandempathyfor our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
• Educate and empowercustomers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
• Capitalizeon financial cross-sales and add-on products.
• Managecollectionsactivities for all past due financial accounts.
• Secureall required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.
