What You Will Do

• Build customer sales experiences in person, over the phone, and via email
• Show compassion and understanding to match customers with suitable financial products
• Help customers achieve financial goals by building credit
• Promote cross-sales and add-on products
• Explain terms and conditions of financial products
• Evaluate loan applications through financial analysis and risk assessment
• Manage collections for overdue accounts
• Gather detailed information to process customer applications accurately

Who You Are

• Excellent communicator, results-driven, and customer-focused
• Compassionate with integrity in sales
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit)
