Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant for a 3-month contract to support their finance team in preparing financial statements and Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) disclosures. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
2. Support the development of financial information for the MD&A
3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting
4. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed

Qualifications:

1. CPA designation (or equivalent) preferred
2. Experience in financial reporting and preparing MD&A content
3. Strong knowledge of IFRS
4. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
