About the Role

We’re looking for a high-potential FP&A Manager to join our finance team. This is a strong opportunity for someone ready to step into an influential individual contributor role with significant cross-functional exposure and strategic impact. This position reports directly to the VP, Finance and is central to driving our planning, forecasting, and analytical processes.

The ideal candidate has a background in CPG or Retail, strong financial modeling skills, and hands-on experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting. You’ll thrive here if you're detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone stepping into their first manager-level FP&A position, with 3–6 years of experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan
• Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts
• Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors
• Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance
• Utilizing BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
• Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the product / department performance and results
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost centre results
• Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives
• Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
• Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
• Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
• Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations
• Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability

Job Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, in a CPG or Retail environment (ideally with 1 of those years in a management capacity)
• Strong financial modeling and Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfortable with complex, dynamic models
• Experience using NetSuite Planning and Budgeting or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills with a business-first mindset — you enjoy connecting numbers to narratives
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to leadership
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Self-starter attitude with curiosity and a desire to grow
