About the Opportunity

• Strategic Business Partnership
• Partner closely with Operations, Business Development, and other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Serve as a financial advisor to key stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations that influence business decisions and strategy.
• Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for a portfolio of locations.
• Analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support senior leadership with scenario modeling and financial evaluation of strategic initiatives.

• Decision Support & Insights
• Provide real-time financial support to business leaders, enabling timely and data-driven decisions.
• Provide financial acumen and financial modelling abilities to partner with business development team on new business opportunities.

• Accounting Support & Reporting
• Manage key accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close tasks.
• Act as a liaison between Finance and Operations, fielding inquiries and interpreting accounting implications for non-financial stakeholders.
• Prepare and review accounting memos and support internal reporting requirements.

• Process Improvement & Innovation
• Leverage technology and best practices to drive efficiency and transparency across financial operations.
• Identify and lead initiatives to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve data quality.

About You

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or similar designation preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial information into clear, actionable guidance for non-financial partners.

Salary Range

$80,000 to $100,000/year (experience dependent)
