Job description

Your Role as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a key role in enabling financial clarity and decision-making across the organization. Your work will directly support Dialogue’s strategic objectives through forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering. This is a high-visibility role with strong exposure to the C-suite, and the broader executive team.You'll work at the intersection of strategy and finance — shaping business direction through actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead monthly and quarterly forecasts, and support the annual budgeting process for board approval
  • Build and maintain financial models, including our 5-year strategic growth plan
  • Analyze performance vs. budget and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Partner with department heads to help align spending with forecasts and optimize financial outcomes
  • Support special projects tied to strategic initiatives and corporate development

We'd Love to Hear from You If

  • 4+ years of hands-on FP&A experience, ideally in mid-sized or high-growth companies
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence non-financial stakeholders

Nice-to-Haves

  • CPA or CFA designation (or in progress)
  • Experience in corporate development, investment banking, or equity research
  • Formal financial modeling training
