Salary Range: 90K - 110K

About the Company:

We are recruiting for a wealth management firm that helps with estate planning & succession. They are looking for a Financial Planner to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals and businesses, providing personalized financial guidance for long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and present custom financial plans (investments, estate, tax, and insurance)
  2. Analyze cash flow, assets, and business structures to optimize financial strategies
  3. Conduct financial modeling for wealth transfer and succession planning
  4. Support senior leadership with client reports and scenario analysis
  5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices

Qualifications:

  1. 2–4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or wealth management
  2. CFP (or working toward it); CFA or CPA is a plus
  3. Strong understanding of personal finance, tax, and estate planning
  4. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  5. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and planning software
