Job summary

RBC is seeking a Financial Planner in Hamilton, Ontario to manage a mass affluent client portfolio and provide comprehensive financial planning. The role combines base salary with variable compensation and requires building long-term client relationships through holistic planning.

You will deliver tailored advice across investments, credit, and banking solutions while meeting performance targets and expanding your client base within the RBC Personal & Commercial Banking platform.

Qualifications

• Designations: QAFP, PFP or CFP and mutual funds license
• Minimum 3 years' experience in financial planning
• Strong networking, client acquisition and relationship management skills
• Ability to build COI relationships and partner with service partners

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• A strong financial acumen, along with proven networking, client acquisition, and relationship management skills, and track record of partnering and collaboration
• Ability to create a market presence, build COI relationships, and cultivate strong partner relationships
