RBC in Milton is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to grow and manage a portfolio of mass affluent clients. You will deliver ongoing reviews, holistic planning, and tailored advice, building long-term relationships through world-class service.

You will leverage your designation, licensing, and network to meet targets, expand your client base, and collaborate with local partners. This full-time position offers base plus variable pay, benefits, and a focus on professional development.

• Cultivate relationships with service partners and local markets to optimize business opportunities and referrals

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Financial Planning Designation (QAFP, PFP or CFP)
• Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial planning
• A strong financial acumen, along with proven networking, client acquisition, and relationship management skills, and track record of partnering and collaboration
• Ability to create a market presence, build COI relationships, and cultivate strong partner relationships
