Job Description
What is the opportunity?
As a Financial Planner, Investment and Retirement Planning Assistant, you support the Financial Planner, Investment, and Retirement Planner in meeting sales objectives and related activities by providing value-added administrative support. You will provide responsive client contact management through telephone, fax, and email requests, as well as develop relationships with service partners to ensure operational guidelines are adhered to and transactions are processed efficiently. You manage office routines to maintain efficiency through effective management of files and records, gathering and preparing materials for presentations, meetings, and marketing initiatives.
The work environment is a combination of home office and branch, depending on the needs of the Financial Planner, Investment, and Retirement Planning in the Langley/Maple Ridge Market.
