Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying clients' financial goals, providing comprehensive reviews, and building long-term relationships.
  • Conducting reporting and analysis to inform recommendations and assess program effectiveness.
  • Contributing to team goals and enhancing customer service.
  • Monitoring service delivery, productivity, and implementing improvements.
  • Staying informed of industry trends and best practices.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Maintaining a culture of risk management.
  • Supporting a positive, service-oriented work environment.

Educational Requirements:

  • University Degree (preferred)
  • 3–5 years in financial services managing client relationships and providing financial advice.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CFA Level 1 (or higher) required before start date.
  • Complete Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) within 90 days.
  • CIRO Registered Representative license within 90 days.
  • Complete Wealth Management Essentials (WME) within 30 months.
  • Achieve CFP designation within 3 years.
  • CFP eligibility: Degree or relevant experience (see details).
