Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying client goals, conducting reviews, and building long-term relationships through expertise and ongoing service
  • Conducting reporting and analysis, making recommendations, and assessing program effectiveness
  • Contributing to team goals, enhancing customer service, and maintaining dedication
  • Monitoring service delivery, productivity, and implementing improvements
  • Staying informed of industry best practices and emerging trends
  • Applying expertise, mentoring others, and providing guidance
  • Maintaining a culture of risk management and control
  • Participating actively as a team member and supporting a positive work environment
Required Qualifications
  • Financial planner diploma from the Institute of Financial Planning (IPF) before start date
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CFA Level 1 or higher before start date
  • 3 to 5 years banking experience
  • Bilingual in English and French to serve diverse clients
Nice To Have
  • CIRO license (required within 90 days)
  • Complete Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) within 90 days
  • Complete Wealth Management Essentials (WME) within 30 months
  • Deep industry, market, and economic understanding
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently
