About the role

As a Financial Planner in our retail branch network, internally known as Financial Advisor, Investment and Retirement Planning (FAIR), you will be part of the branch sales team. Your role is to contribute to the team’s success by meeting or exceeding deposit and investment sales goals through effective management of your assigned client portfolio.

Your primary responsibilities include establishing and deepening investment and primary banking relationships with existing clients and referred clients, promoting sustainable growth of proprietary investment business, and conducting in-depth reviews covering retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and estate planning using financial planning tools.

You should exhibit curiosity to uncover and solve client needs, deliver trusted financial advice, and develop personalized financial strategies. Building strong relationships, providing excellent client experiences, leveraging technology tools, and achieving targets are key to your success.

Skills and qualifications
  • Experience in financial planning and investment sales preferred.
  • Completed CIFP CFP designation or equivalent recognized by the bank.
  • Certification as a Mutual Funds Representative in good standing with relevant licensing.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, results-driven team culture.
  • Knowledge of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory environment.
