About the role

Known internally as Financial Advisor, Investment and Retirement Planning (FAIR), as a Financial Planner in our retail branch network, you will contribute to the team’s success by meeting or exceeding deposit and investment sales goals through effective management of your client portfolio. Your primary role is to establish and deepen investment and banking relationships with existing clients and referrals from branch partners.

You will promote the development and sustainable growth of proprietary investment business by:

  1. Conducting in-depth reviews for clients, including retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and estate planning, using financial planning tools.
  2. Uncovering and solving clients’ needs, providing trusted financial advice on investments and retirement planning.
  3. Demonstrating self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset to craft personalized financial strategies.
  4. Fostering strong engagement, educating clients, and delivering expert advice.
  5. Building relationships to ensure a great client experience and long-term partnerships.
  6. Leveraging technology to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.
  7. Achieving targets while maintaining client satisfaction and business growth.
Skills and qualifications

  • Experience in financial planning and investment sales.
  • Completed the CIFP CFP designation or equivalent.
  • Certification as a Mutual Funds Representative with completed licensing requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a results-driven, collaborative team environment.
