About the role

Known internally as Financial Advisor, Investment and Retirement Planning (FAIR), as a Financial Planner in our retail branch network, you will be part of the branch sales team. Your responsibility is to contribute to the team’s success by meeting or exceeding deposit and investment sales goals through effective management of your assigned client portfolio.

Your main role is to establish and deepen investment and banking relationships with existing clients and referrals from branch partners.

Promote the growth of proprietary investment business in your market area by:

  1. Conducting in-depth reviews for clients including retirement, wealth, and estate planning using financial planning tools to support their goals.
  2. Providing trusted financial advice based on a thorough understanding of client needs.
  3. Crafting personalized financial strategies and solutions with a goal-oriented approach.
  4. Engaging clients effectively, offering insights, and delivering expert advice.
  5. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships with a focus on excellent service.
  6. Utilizing advanced technology tools to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.
  7. Achieving targets while maintaining a balanced focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates with:

  1. Experience in financial planning and investment sales (preferred).
  2. Completed CIFP CFP designation or an equivalent recognized by the bank.
  3. Certification as a Mutual Funds Representative in good standing, with completed licensing courses.
  4. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, results-driven team environment.
  5. Knowledge of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory environment.
