Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management : Lead and coordinate team activities by optimizing the use of human resources through effective planning.

Excellence in Customer Service : Implement initiatives to improve our responses to users : corporate credit card, travel platform, and ExpenseHub system.

Continuous Process Improvement : Be proactive in identifying and implementing automation opportunities in our current travel processes.

Travel Policy Expertise : Master our travel policy and evaluate requests judiciously.

Analytical Participation : Participate in audits and analyses of user expenses.

What You Will Leverage

University degree in accounting or finance.

CPA designation and audit experience are an asset.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial operations.

Understanding of end-to-end processes and ability to have an overall view of operations.

Strong analytical skills.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an asset.

For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
